“Great fenced dog park with plastic poo bags, water bowls, and picnic benches. Caution - Can become dangerously crowded during the week, when all the pro dog walkers bring their dogs here.”

This is a big dog park

Little ones will probably be mangled if they play here since its just a big old sand pit, I wish there was more grass. Its so big that I can run at full speed and not run into a stupid tree. Some people bring their dogs here to train so the pack behavior is unpredictable. There is always some dogs at this park whenever I go. There is always fresh water available and plenty of poop bags for my messes. There is no first aid kit and the fences closest to the parking are pretty low so you'll have to keep your eye out for jumpers. There is a dirt mound in the middle of the park that the dominant dogs like to stand on. People have a tendency to not watch their dogs and get really chatty. Fights break out occasionally but I keep out of that mess. Its a good park and the bison next door are good neighbors. And if I'm tired of the bison I can walk over to the man-made lake and watch the model boats.

Great Park

Molly loves to come play here on the weekends when it's not too crowded. During the week it's full of dog walkers who have too many charges to pay attention to all of them. On the weekends though, the dogs are really friendly and the owners all behave very responsibly. The park is completely fenced in, which is great, but it's 95% dirt with hardly any grass. All in all, it's a great spot that we love to come to!

It's waaaay scary for me! I'd much rather go for a run around Stow Lake!
