Great vet

Bruce Persky has been the vet for our family for two decades. it has been an added bonus that Dr. Persky understands the significance of breed differences. He has treated and cared for the airedales Rusty Raveon, Miss Abby, and Gypsy Rosalee; the wheaten Hooligan; the poodlehead, Django; and Peaches, the hit and run victim, a terrier-chow. He has provided the best and most sensible wellness care, and is a wonderful diagnostician-- thorough, thoughtful and compassionate. A skilled surgeon and radiographer, Persky is that blend of old fashioned doctor and techno-savvy scientist. He is quick to say when he believes tests and procedures are unnecessary, but will help you in making tough decisions by giving realistic information. Also should mention that he is pretty adept at handling the humans who come attached to the pet--not many doctors can do both so well. His staff gets lots of applause too--most are very experienced animal handlers and they stay with him for a long time--that's another good thing.
