Terry and his group are great. He is very accomodating with his time - he has arranged Saturday and Sunday appointments for me due to my drive from Reno to Sacramento. He works in a very timely manner as well - we went for one consultation, one cast-making session, and two weeks later Nubby had her pre-paw. With my dog, he is working in phases to make sure that she is will accept the paw. The leg extension is very easy to work with - that is, simple to work with as long as a wiggling dog isn't involved.
