I used to take my cat to Family Friend but that all changed over a year ago. I used to love that place but all of a sudden it went down hill. There was a big staff change and the new staff wasn't as nice as the old staff. Also, the Dr. never returned my phone calls. In the beginning it wasn't a problem but after the staff change, she would never call me back. If my cat wasn't so sick, it wouldn't have been such an issue. It finally go to the point that I have to get all of her medical records and take her some place else.

Very Nice!

Dr. Mackinally is very knowledgeable Vet. Her prices are high, but her service is, in my opinion, unmatched. She has helped us through many difficult decisions and has always communicated fully what her intentions are for our animals. I cannot say the same for her staff, as they mistook Ra, who is unaltered, as a female, but it can be said for any Vet's office. I highly recommend it.
