“Daryl's is a small pet store that sells a variety of pet supplies and small animals. They also sell puppies.”
A pet store of LoveI agree with puppy mills, but if you knew the owner of this store, you would change your mind. She is an animal lover and takes great care of her pets and the little ones that she sells. She personally takes all of the puppies to the vet for all of their needs. She does not buy from puppy mills. I am a photographer and have done many photo sessions in her store, and would not if I thought she wasn't a great care taker of animals. It is a small family owned store that is full of love and devotion. (That is my opinion and I am sticking to it). posted: October 28th, 2007 |
A Puppy Mill a brewingI was searching for a betta fish and was recommended to this shop. The second I walked in with Ra, I regretted it. I wanted to have a look around though, so I headed to the fish section. The floor was wet and the atmosphere dank and dirty. It smelled like dead fish. Only upon exiting the fishery did I noticed the puppies. The glass enclosures stated their breeds, but the puppies looked neither pure-bred nor healthy. I realized that the man I had passed coming out of the store with a Shih Tzu puppy must have just purchased him from this store, and the others remaining in the pen did not look well. They receive puppies from Back Yard Breeders who cannot place their own puppies. I do not recommend this store, and I will most definetely not be purchasing anything from them in the future. posted: September 10th, 20072 out of 3 pets found this review helpful |
Bouncing, playful puppies!!!My mom has owned Daryl's for over 10 years, and worked there since she was 16 years old. She is commited to all the pets they sell there, and spends lots of time taking care of things to make sure everyone is happy and healthy. All the puppies there are from private breeders that she trusts. She is always studying and taking classes to improve her knowledge about the pets she sells. posted: May 23rd, 20071 pet found this review unhelpful |
