Amazing friendly service. I took my dog here for a leg surgery and shots, and everything was handled with care. His leg was properly healed very soon :D Thank you again Dr!

This guy strangled my cat trying to control him!?!?

Took one of my cats (not Baby) there about a year ago (we were the only ones there) to have blood drawn, DR??!! took him in the back because meow started hissing at him on examing table in his carrier. I heard a loud screaming from my cat and then a definate loud choking noise! I got up and the receptionist went in the back where he was and a couple minutes later came out with my cat in his carrier looking in MAJOR shock with the O(+!!! nylon rope still tight around his neck, his right toe was bleeding and paw was up, in pain. The Dr.!!?? wasn\'t even man enough to come out to talk to me. I said to the receptionist loudly! and angry WHAT the h.... did he do to him?!?! and why is this rope around his neck and tight! She said oh, he was just trying to control him! (You have GOT to be kidding me) Yeah, let\'s choke a cat (or dog) to \"control\" him. I took the rope off of his neck, rope marks around his neck were deep and receptionist said Oh, you can bring that back next time to try again to draw blood! Are you crazy? I said and stormed out! Had to take him to my regular vet that had to declaw only that one nail that was in horrible condition probably from hanging by the neck stuggling and his right ankle was definately damaged probably for the same reason. If there was 100,000 minus\' paw signs here that\'s what this !!!! would get rated. I have heard he is rough with other animals there also.
