Our Experience

This hospital has been in business for forty years and it is very close to a rather large retirement community now known as Laguna Woods Village. I started taking my dog here because my Mom use to bring her pets here and they always treated my Mom's concerns with the utmost respect and patience. They had to euthanize her beloved Shih Tzu and they were so wonderful to Mom during those troubling times. With that in mind, I took Mia there for boarding, simple vaccinations and her baths. They were professional, friendly and courteous. Recently, Mia was having a more serious problem with her left eye. They have a visiting opthamologist who saw Mia and diagnosed her with glaucoma. Unfortunately, she needed her eye removed. The good news is that everyone at the hospital has been helpful, concerned and very loving to my dog who has been going through a very painful situation. They call me to check on her and call me right back when I have questions. I highly recommend this facility. On a lighter note, the opthamologist, Dr. Lipton knows lots of Frank Sinatra tunes which he freely shares with you and your pet. Only downside is the parking is not too good!
