The BW Encinitas Inn & Suites sits up on a bluff in Encinitas, a city that has a few really GREAT breakfast places where you dog can go out to eat with you AND a few beaches where dogs can go for a walk! The humans will be close to things like Legoland, the Carlsbad Outlet stores, the San Diego Zoo, the Quail Botanical Gardens, the Del Mar Race Track, and of course all the fab beaches for surfing & sun fun. Each room has a dataport for the computer, cable satellite TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, in-room safe deposit box, desk/work area, balcony, A/C (although the climate is sooo wonderful just open the sliding glass door)...there are some rooms with suites (kitchenettes). The other usuals: pool, jacuuzi, fax services, elevator, free parking...There's this GREAT BIG park close by for the kids (and pups) to go to. Loads of restaurants and things are within the area.
