Nice for a chuck-itSmall skinny park, long enough for a dog to play some fetch. Would be crowded with more than 4 or 5 dogs, but when we were there it was pretty empty. It appears they are trying to make it a very nice park, putting resources in it etc. If your dog wants a lot of room to run, find somewhere else, but if your dog just wants to play fetch or have some less rambunctious play, this would be a fine place. |
It is a pretty dog park. Long and has several picnic tables, chairs, benches, water in all shapes and forms - hose, bowl.. it is clean and people take care of it by planting flowers for instance. It has some cubes for climbing. It is not the type of park that offers enough space for crazy chases, but it is nice for chuck it, frisbee and training sessions. It is nice and quiet and police are in yelling distance. Be aware of the bumpy floor, though. If your dog is more on the clumsy side or has very delicate legs - don't make them chase a ball there.. I sometimes hang out there and have my dogs do some "reading" :o)] |
It looks awfully nice but it's too small and kinda creepy people hang out there! Mom says we won't be back... |
