“Quality chain pet store. Good selection of healthy foods for dogs and cats (especially for a chain! Raw and organic food available as well! Lots of carriers, beds, scratching posts, many collars and leashes. Some items for other critters too. And don't forget the treats! ”
Great Local StorePet Food Express has friendly, informative staff and a great selection of all pet needs. We needed to find a good food when our Hills Vet food was recalled, and the staff helped me to choose a food that would be tasty as well as health conscious. |
My favorite pet storePet Food Express is a local chain, so I feel better about supporting them than the megachains. As the name suggests, they specialize in pet food (and related products), with a huge selection, especially of premium and superpremium brands. The selection of non-food items is limited, which knocked them down to four paws. The people who work there are generally much nicer than the chain store drones. Kelpie knows to go straight to the cash register for petting and treats. They have a large self-serve dog washing facility that's clean and airy (big windows overlooking the estuary). The store is brand new (Jan. '07) and everything is clean and in top condition. |
