“The fifth largest forest in the US with almost 3 million acres offers a wide range of ecosystems, habitats and spectacular scenery. It also supports a large variety of plants, animals, and recreation. Dogs of all sizes are allowed at no additional fee. Dogs may not be left unattended, and they must have current rabies, shot records, and license. Dogs must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after in camp areas. Dogs are allowed on the trails. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground. There are no electric or water hookups at the campground. ”
