Rescue Organizations PO Box 942 Flagstaff, AZ 86002 Formed to help at-risk animals from our local animal control facility, PPNAZ is an all-volunteer foster-based no kill rescue group. We have saved over 200 animals since 12/06 and depend on donations for all medical/food/supplies. Some of our dogs are abuse cases or are older and in need of surgeries, so it is expensive but worth it!
