Cat Owner's Manual › Chapter 6: Cat Grooming › Intro: Cat Grooming ›Intro: Cat Grooming
The amount of exterior detailing required by cats varies from model to model. For instance, while shorthaired varieties are relatively easy to maintain, those with longer coats (Persians, Himalayans, Maine Coons) require much more extensive owner (and, sometimes, professional) intervention. However, many non-coat issues, from nail upkeep to bathing protocols, are the same regardless of breed. Whatever your model, regular exterior maintenance will ensure that your feline remains in top operating condition. Chapter 6: Cat Grooming
