Cat Meows, But No Sound Comes Out

PROBLEM: Cat meows, but no sound comes out.

CAUSE AND SOLUTION: This phenomenon is called a "silent meow." However, it is silent only to humans. The feline is indeed vocalizing, but at an auditory frequency too high for you to hear.
