|Thanks for all this info on meezers! I have tons of books on cats and breeds, but it's easier to hear it from the mouths. . .er, fingers? of owners. I've never had a meezer until five months ago, in fact (forgive me meezer fans!) I always thought Siamese were kinda. . .weird-looking, but now that I have Sandy, well, I think she is the prettiest, sweetest cat I've ever met! Besides Squeakers, of course.
I know that Sandy is mixed with something else, cuz her coat is a bit longer and not "slick" like most meezer coats, and I knew she was one of those ring-tailed Lynx point meezers, but Catster stumped me on the coloration area: if she was a seal-Lynx point, or a Cream-Lynx Point, so at first I said Seal-Lynx Point, now I think it's cream
And you're right about the sweetness, she is so loving and so sweet! I just can't believe how sweet she is! I am so lucky to get her (esp. for free, cuz I heard that meezers can be quite expensive to buy from breeders)
The only thing is, my meezer isn't much of a climber, I think the highest place she's been on is my desk and my bed. . . .but maybe that's because she's older. She isn't very vocal at home, unless she is not too happy about something, then I can hear her throaty protest, and when she's in the car, she's loud enough to break the windows!
