Buster *In- Loving- Memory* I Had FIV     Purred: Fri Jan 25, '08 2:10pm PST  After a while, I couldn't even digest milk anymore. Then the day came. The day where my owners would put me down. I knew something was wrong that day. They picked me up, kissed me, and took me into the car. They took me to the clinic. We waited then went into a little room. The vet pricked me with a needle. She took so great care of me. My owner had a gentle heart and always cared for an old cat in need. I flourished for a while, then I went back down. I couldn't handle real food anymore. It was too hard. That was when I was treated like a kitten again. I waisted my days laying on the couch like a rag doll. I was old. It was like retirement for cats. The only time I ever got up was to go to the litter box. My diet was strict: milk. I was being treated like a kitten again. That milk tasted so sweet. I must have drank three bowls a day.
