Many purrs to you and your sweet boy Morpheus. Here's hoping that the medicine works so you can have more time with him. hug It's never easy when us fuzzies get sick, especially with a bad prognosis, but no matter what, we know that we love our humans very much and they love us.

I don't think you should concern yourself with our opinions, you should get him into the vet as soon as possible. My little bump turned out to be mammary cancer. Lots of love and purrs to handsome Leo!

Heya, my name is Avail and I'm a 12 1/2 yr old bundle of crazy furball! I'm fighting poorly differentiated feline mammary cancer right now and could use all the support I can get. I go back in for my second surgery on the 13th and support would be wonderful. I'm such a fighter, but it always helps to have others in your corner. smile Thank you!

Cat Health > Causes of itchiness?

Sounds like allergies to me! I have many of them and go itch itch itch and mommy is always baffled as to what is causing it. She stopped using smelly stuff in the house and that's helped a bunch. When I get baths, I get this oatmeal shampoo and conditioner stuff, I think it really helps. I definitely don't get dry skin as much and I don't scratch nearly as much! But I hate baths, so maybe I wouldn't mind the itching if I could just not go for a swim. laugh out loud

Right now we have little Avail on Wellness which has been her steady diet for over 2 years now. It helps keep her diabetes in remission so a change of food might not be a great idea. It's still low in carbs and high in protein though. Maybe not as much as EVO but she eats it like she's ravenous. laugh out loud

Just updating that Avail will be going in for her second surgery on September 13 so wish her luck!

And also wondering if there's anyone else out there with a feline mammary cancer fur baby that's going through what we're going through right now. I was wondering if maybe anyone has tried a holistic approach along with chemo, surgery and the typical approach to this.
