way to go Guess Poot was suffering from "baby shock". I think that may happen to humans who are parents for the first time. laugh out loud

Glad to hear Poot is starting to eat. Why not create a page for Poot. We would love to have him join the Catster family.

big grin

I'm assuming you meant an eight "year" old girl.

Anyway, a cat does need to eat daily, so if he hasn't started by Monday I would call the vet to see what he says. It may be possible that your cat is distressed from the little girl's visit and just needs to unwind. There is medication the vet can give you to stimulate your cat's appetite.

Let's have a sleep over and watch Star Trek through the night -- or, at least until we fall asleep! laugh out loud

It would be nice if Zoe's Mom could find a Kitty Daycare.

*watching Star Trek Generations on TV*
This is one of our favorites -- when they're caught in a time warp and keep repeating over and over. The first time Mom saw it she was going to call the station to tell them they're broadcasting the episode wrong! laugh out loud

We're OK. Mom is kind of upset. The house needs some repairs and the people Mom contacted have not called back. It's been raining so much, too.
