Is canned tuna good for cats? I thought not until I ask my Vet and he said, "sure". My kitties love it, but I am still skeptical. What I read about foods and diets on Catster is so confusing. I don't know what to believe.

Oh my, I feel so dumb! Lizy has feline FIV not feline leukemia. My daughter, straightened me out. That's not good, but better than having feline leukemia, or so I am told. Please excuse my mistake and mewy hugs to all who offered kind thoughts. Now you can offer suggestions on how I care for Lizy now. Mewy smooches, b

My cat has been diagnosed w/feline leukemia and I am just sick about it. My vet tried to comfort me by saying that Lizy can live with it, maybe for several years. Lizy is three and came to me as a feral on a cold spring day trying to eat sunflower seeds from my bird feeder. I would really like to hear some positive stories about others who have cats with this disease.

Get a Capstar pill from your vet and the fleas will all be dead in 30 minutes. It works!

I would like to know more about the "rescue remedy". What is it and where can you buy it?

Get the Capstar caplets. Just one will kill all the fleas on your cat in thirty minutes and I AM NOT KIDDING! Then put Frontline on her for continuing control.

Will a treatment of Capster kill ear mites too, or only fleas?

I would like some input from members about which flea treatment you think gives the best control. I'm been using Advantage and am not very pleased with it. So, let's hear it! Advantage, Revolution, Permeris or Frontline Plus?

Tommy Rags is a Ragdoll kitty who has no fear of any danger, but, he loves to be outside; so, I have a very large wire cage on my patio and he likes to set in it and watch the birds. I don't leave him out longer than an hour or until he get antsy and paws at the door. He hates the harness. Just an idea for you.
