redirect! We agree--YELL when kitty sticks or bites, but mostly you as a human remember hands and other parts are NEVER to ne used as toys--redirect to a wand, fishin pole or 'teaser' toy IMMEDIATELY when kitty gets ready to play! Try not to ever let them play with body parts to the point of yelling "OOOWWW!!!!!"

It might sound crazy but having a second kitty might help; at her age they should start getting along fairly fast if the other is 6-8 months--why not try fostering on a 'keep if acceptable' basis and see if it helps. 2 really are not any more trouble than one.

Not a breed, but her color is Patched Tabby--patches of definitely stripey fur in a couple of colors--we love this. Like most kitties she is DSH, domestic short hair. But we would like to see full body photos, as Ptched Tabby is not that common color wise but IS vbery pretty!

Get a storage crate and cut an entry door into it; a big one will be tall enough to keep the litter in, do not put the lid on. Being there are many cats here, we use a mortar mix tray from Home Depot--remember, it doesn't have to say 'litter box' for us to use it! Aim for something about 34 inch long by 18 wide, and at least a foot tall.

Our million year old granny cat has NO teeth and likes Fancy Feast kibble, it is small and thin, plus has lits of fat to keep her weight up. royal Canin is also a good choice, TINY kbble.

Typically cats get too fat, BUT someyimres this happens. Here at the Nurmese Army headquarters, we do NOT tend to overewat and here is what our human has found to be effective...
remember, cats, this cat is too SKINNY!
Read the label--wet food is 70% water. So limit wet to one small serv ing a day.
Feed a high fat dry food--our show boys that are more worried about girls than eating sometimes, but (gasp) Fancy Feast dry and Chicken Soup brands help keep the weight on. If you can't stand the thought of these. look up Young Again holistic caqt foods. You have to order them , they are not in stores, but they are very good for putting on weight--loww card but high protein/fat. Tho really, carb content does not bother our person since we don't overeat here.
