 | | | | My Dad adopted a Maine Coon from a lady who was re-homing him. He had him for 4 years. This year, he dropped dead right in front of him. He rushed him to the vet, and they said he probably died of a heart attack. Well, I have done a little research on the internet and found that 1/3 of them have heart problems. Is that true? He would like to adopt another one. Is it chance or is the screening for heart problems really reliable? He loved "Sammy"s" personality. He was like a monkey disguised as a cat. He was his buddy. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. | | | | |
