members that behave bad!
first of all,like i did in this group,i make sure members see the group rules in a thread and in group posts.!
if i get a complaint i look very good at the issue...
who are the furs,are they married and now broken up and things like that....furs can get mad at eichother for many reasons and make sure to have a clear open mind to both of the furs,the one that makes the complaint and the one who is accused.
it's like politics.
i know most of the members,so most of the times i all ready knew or know there are problems between furs(it helps as a minister,furs come to me a bit sooner)
than i will pawmail both more than once to bark it either out and tell them to behave in public and most of the times that helps a lot.
but in rare cases it will not help.
than i warn the fur in question.
that i will remove it from the group if i see one more post.
if than i still see the fight going on,or posts that just don't add or comply to the group i will remove you and pawmail you to tell you that.
it is a nasty affair,furs will blaim you and get angry,so make sure you are up to it.
but sadly it is a part of the job as a founder.
administrators that work in the group DO NOT ERASE MEMBERS!
unless the founder asks them to do so
they will talk to the founder with complaints and the founder will make sure things get adressed.
also ,the same rule stands for your administrator.
as an administrator you are a role model of good behavior!
and a administrator that is treating others mean,or worse is treating it's own members mean thru pawmail...that's a big no no.
that is NOT an administrator you want in your team.
it gives you and your group a bad reputation.
than you got members who are bullies.
they are not allowed in your group.
real bullies will not stop or listen,remove them after a complaint,but make sure you ask if the fur in question if they has pawmails with the mean messages.
that way you have proof.
and that's good.
always message a group founder personal with problems...never throw it in the group.
that will trigger a huge dog or cat fight in the open.
and always ,always report it to HQ
