*Princess: C-c-c-an we all sleep in the same room? Can I sleep in the sleeping bag with you, Floosie?
*Floosie: Of course you can! And you don't have to be afraid of anything!! You know how tough I am!!!
*Rusty: I'll get all our sleeping bags and we'll all sleep in this room...I hope Sasha and Sam get her early in the morning! Mom said we could go ahead and come tonight, since her computer might not work tomorrow if they're still having bad weather like today was. I promised her we would all look after Princess...she didn't really want to let her come, but Princess insisted.
*Teddy & Freddy hop into their sleeping bag together.
*Freddy: I sure hope Squish comes to the party. Don't tell anybody, Teddy...but this place really scares me!!
*Teddy: Don't worry....I won't tell anybody. To tell you the truth...it's pretty scary to me, too!!

 | | Purred: Fri Oct 30, '09 6:15am PST | | | | | | Bluie gets off the old truck that drove her up to the old mansion from the bus station. It was a long winding road to the top of a mountain peak where the Mansion sit alone and deserted. The boards were weather barren and some were falling off. The windows had panes broken out of them and had been filled in with cobwebs from the local spiders. The chimney was crooked and falling and bats flew around in the the bright moon light. She turns and looks at that truck pulling away and leaving her alone there. For a moment, she let out a purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrring,, come back, but then turned, took a deep breath and went up to the front door. She promised everyone a great party.. her thick blue fur was standing on end as a chill went up and down her spine. Her Tail was as stiff as a broom. She tapped on the door lightly.. nothing happened, she looks around an a bat swoops down and just misses her head. She does a small kitty screech, and then grabs the door knob and turns it. It gives in easy and opens with a creakinggggggggggggggggg and groaning sound.. Bluie takes two steps back, peers in and looks around. A cold brash wind hits her in the face and the strange aroma of old wood and carpets hit her.. she shivered all over. and took two steps inside.
In front of her was an old stairway, dark and forboding.Cob webs covered the walls and corners.. she felt something run across her paw, she jumped and through the moon light saw it was a mouse.. meowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, thank goodness..
She sits her luggage down and finds an ole candle and lights it so she can see. There is no electric to the old house. The candle light wave with the slightest breeze from one of the broken windows.. it put a dancing shadow on the walls that look like a ghostie.. Bluie , froze she wanted to get out of there. but stood her ground. She would not concede to her fears. No Bluie, Alpha of all.
She is looking around and hears the door creek behind her, she jumps 6 feet in the air, then an aroma of cake mixes and food filled the air. She watches as the cat removes her cloak, it was Sam, whew, Bluie did not know how she got here, but was glad to see another kitty face. Sam, said, where's the kitchen, no matter to any of the spooky goings on.. she had to start cooking, Bluie and Sam found the kitchen. Sam, says, we need lights. Bluie told her no electric comes out here. Sam, smiles. you fluffy girls are nice but have little out doors knowledge, she told Bluie there should be a generator down cellar or out in the old barn. Sam an Bluie tip toe down cellars, something ran across Bluies face, she growleeeed and know Sam off the last step. Sam aimed the candle near Bluies face, it was just a spider,, you and Sasha should be sisters. Not either, I am fearless, Sashay is all girl.. All of a sudden they heard loud feet come running down the stairs and bam , Bluie hit the floor. She shakes her fur and looks up , it is Patts, she has the spider in her mouth. She spits it in a jar , she gives a Cheshire smile and says it is for mom, how did you get here, Bluie asks. Nelson and I flew.. Nelson, finds the generator and fills it with gas and off it goes. The lights come on and all go to the kitchen to have a snack and help Sam clean it up.. Bluie sips her catnip tea and makes plans to start decorating | | | | |
