Let me tell you something about the honorees:
First we have Captain Benny Bear, one of the captains of the SS Dutchess, which was named afer his beloved wife. Benny is a Pom from Colorado. His best trick is asking for pats from his humans. On our cruises, Captain Benny enjoys having his morning coffee and reads his newspaper in the cafe, where he can greet the breakfast crowd. We're celebrating Benny's Gotcha Day, the day his family was blessed to adopt him into their family.

Next we have Gunnar, a Sheltie from Ohio. He's one of our ship's doctors and makes sure every fur is feeling well on our cruises. His ready smile puts the passengers at ease and ensures a more enjoyable cruise. Gunnar is married to the lovely Tara-Anne and is precious Sidney-Anne's daddy.

Now we have the beautiful Junebug, a toy poodle from Illinois. She's recently taken up agility, and loves it!  Junebug has a picture of her presents on her page, and she's happy to report that she got everything she asked for!

Today we celebrate the birthday of Sluggo the Puggo, known to many of us as simply Sluggo. He's a pug from Kentucky and lives with his pawrents, skin brother, and sisfur Bizkit. Sluggo loves to be in the middle of any pawty and in his spare time enjoys playing with his stuffies, Carrot and Penguin. He loves anything edible, mol!  He is also my cousin.

Destiny is a Jersey girl who came into a rescue situation from a horrific circumstance, but is now loved and treated like a princess by her furever family.
