I found Phil and Lil in the parking lot of a local shopping center. They were beside a plastic laundry basket that they had apparently been left in. They had no water and very little food. The temperature outside was teatering at about 90 F. I told my mother to go inside of the nail salon that they were outside of and ask if they new who the puppies belonged to. The owner of the salon came out and said that they were hers but we could have them. My mom told her that the pups where going under cars and that they were going to get killed. We couldn't leave them there.. so now we are trying to find them a good home.

O boy!! Evidently I'm not cut out to foster. I got a phone call about 30 minutes ago, they were wondering about the puppies... and I told them that I just couldn't let them go. So... I called the vet, and everywhere that I had gave a flyer to... and told them to take them down... that I couldn't let them go... I have decided that we can make this work. To be honest my mother and I both have been trying not to go into depression due to some issues with my sister... Since Phil and Lil stumbled into our lives, the problems have not been mentioned. These problems were litterally eating us alive... and I have been smiling since I saw them. So I miserably failed as a foster mom... but I am not sorry... these babies are wonderful and I think they were ment to be.
