We have not received ours yet either. Does anyone know how to tell when we filled out the form for a sample and coupon? I did not have mommy write it down and now we can not remember either, but I think it has been over a month........... but not sure. ????

Just got an answer from HQ today. They said in 2 weeks the samples will be mailed out.
