I'm soooooooooo- luvvable! | 
 | | Purred: Wed Mar 11, '09 11:58am PST |  | |  | | I adopted Nimh without knowing she had heartworms. I took her to the vet to be checked out and because I thought she had kennel cough. He did a chest x-ray and found out that her heartworms are pretty bad. She was put on steroids to help the inflammation in her respiratory system...we find out next Wednesday if she has improved and will be treated (scary) or if she will have to be put to sleep (horribly scary). Please pray for us. I love her so much and can't believe the dog I wanted to give a better life to may end up with no life at all.  Thanks for your time. |  |  | |  |
