	unloading the snow covered sleigh of food Some words for today and some of the foods we are having. Food for Chanukah is all about oil - to commemorate the 8 days the oil lasted in the temple. Latkes- Potato pancakes. Fried in OIL. Some people put onions in some dont. Lots of people serve it with Applesauce or Sour Cream. No matter how you serve it they are totally nummy!!! Sufganiyot - Jelly filled, sugar covered deep fried donuts. Then we have lot of traidional foods, brisket, fishies, kugel, and best of all on this freezing day.....Matzos Ball Soup.
