Well hi there new dogster pups! This thread is for all our new pups on dogster who would like to have a dogster mentor. We have quite a list of mentors who are super excited about showing you around DOGSTER!
We know how overwhelming Dogster can be and our experienced Dogsters can answer questions you have about Dogster. Perhaps you need help with the forums or finding a specific group, maybe you aren't sure how to send pup pal requests, give treats or rosettes...those are just some of the things a mentor can help you with! Some of them can even help you "dress up" your page. If they can't help ya, they will refer you to some who does. The most important part is you get to meet a new pal! There's sooooo many neat things about dogster. We really hope you will love it here!
All you have to do is copy and paste the questionnaire with your answers. We match you based on your similarities. Within a couple of days, I, your matchmaker will contact you to let you know who your newest dogster mentor/friend is!

me and my family really would like a mentor to help us out on dogters, but i never got how to copy and paste so i cant get you the answers to your survay. please help....
Hi Freddy! Let see if I can teach you how to copy and paste.
Take your mouse and put your cursor before the first letter you want to copy. Click the left button and hold down. Move your mouse downwards or sideways until everything you want to copy is highlighted in blue and then let go of the button.
Then hit your CTRL key and hold it down and then hit the letter C on your keyboard. The CTRL key is at the bottom left of your keyboard.
You can click anywhere after that to get rid of the highlight.
Then go to where you want to put the copied text. Put your cursor there and click so it knows where to put the text.
Then hit the CTRL key and hold it down while you hit the letter V.
3. Do you come from a breeder, rescue/shelter, or pet store? Nope, some bad person dumped me in the country all alone and my collar was growing into my neck. I wandered into my mommy's yard and she took real good care of me once I learned to trust her.

6. Do you have any other dogs or cats in your home? If so, what kind? Oh lots. I have a brother Sampson who is a great pyreness, and 6 cats, all different and fun.
7. Do you get along with your dog or cat siblings? I get along with everyone in my family.
8. Do you love being around humans? Strangers? Kids? I just like my mommy. I'm a one person girl since she was so kind to me and took me in nursing me back to health.
9. What is your favorite food? Anything mommy feeds me that's easy to chew. I only have three teeth left now.
10. Please list some of your favorite things to do? Roam around in the yard. Lay as close to mommy as I can get. Sometimes I even sleep on Sampson to stay warm.
11. If you enjoy playing with toys, what are your favorites? I don't see very well anymore so I can't tell what's a toy.
12. Please list some of your “pet peeves”. Getting stepped on cause I'm not very big. Having to go outside in the rain. I really don't like it when mommy has to go to work .
13. Do you do agility or have any special talents you would like to share? No I'm pretty basic.
14. Is there anything else about yourself that you would like to add? I'm an old girl and have trouble seeing, hearing, and chewing. I still love to be around my mommy and my siblings. I'm one lucky dog!

Mom just got back from a visit at grandmas but promises to get your guys hooked with a mentor as soon as possible. We have some great mentors out there. I will pmail you once we get a match.
