 | |  | | In Spokane, WA there was a recent seizure of 85 cats and dogs from a hoarder. The owner had taken as good of care of them as possible, given the circumstances. The dogs have been rehomed, but the cats are all still in need of adopters or foster-families.
Almost all of them are in good health except that nearly all of them have Upper-Respiratory infections (a common problem given the number of animals). Local rescues are working to hopefully get free medication donated for any who are rehomed. From what I understand, most of the animals are spayed/neutered. All of them are incredibly friendly and can make great pets. Unfortunately the shelter that seized all of the animals is wanting to euthanize them all in 10 days unless homes/fosters are found.
I myself am taking in a mother cat and her kittens, who will all eventually need homes as well. If there is anyone else that can help, please let me know! |  |  | |  |
