Sunny was diagnosed with an enlarged heart in January this year. After losing Flossy to a terrible illness too I was determined to make whatever time he had left as good as possible. He loved his easter egg made of cat nip, he would play like a kitten again some days. We celebrated his 11th birthday on April 4th, he seemed to be stabilising. 2 water tablets a day, 2 heart tablets a day and an asprin every 3rd day-he hated this. An improvement by the end of April. He hasn't got much longer left, a few months peerhaps, I told myself. Suddenly on Sunday 4th May he couldn't walk, was howling with pain and being sick. I knew it was a blood clot in his back legs because I had done a lot of research. We rushed him to the vet. He got sedated. A phone call from the vet a few hours later said he had passed away in his sleep.cry The only comfort I have now is that he is no longer in pain and there is not the daily battle with tablets. I'll never forget sharing my life with Flossy and Sunny, they brought so much smiles, laughs and cuddles.

Fluffy had FIV. The vet took the test and I also had enlarged limp nods,so mommy took me to see the vet and that is when she found out. I am only 11 months old now but she did not want me to be in anymore pain. I know this know
