Please tell us what the cut off date was to receive a free kit. We joined back on or before Feb. 20th. I went to the Febreeze member site by oldest and couldn't find my dog's picture, yet I found dogs that had joined Dogster after that date. I'm confused. We did receive coupons, so I guess that's it. I would buy the trial kit if it were on sale at a pet store. I put in for a free trial of Purina One dog or cat food and got two coupons for a free 4 lb bag of each or $7-8 off the purchase of a larger bag. They lived up to their promise.

Good Luck with that question! I e-mailed Febreze and their response was: We have no way of knowing who signed up first, kits were mailed randomlyshockshock. I am pretty upset also, we were pretty quick to join....no kit, no coupons shrug

I signed up way early too and didn't get a kit, I couldn't my dogs photo to upload and I don't know if that had anything to do with it.
