My mommy's been thinking about getting me a leash and harness and taking me for walks. Daddy spoke to my vet and he said it would be fine and it all depended on if I wanted to or not (I'm still not sure if I like the idea or not- I'd rather sleep!)

But mommy says I'm getting pudgy, so I need to exercise. The only problem is that we live in an apartment that doesn't allow dogs, so she's assuming that since it's a dog free zone, that walking cats wouldn't be allowed, either.

She's going to call to check with the apartment later this week, but we want to know if any of you guys live in apartment complexes., and if you do, if you're allowed to go outside.

I'm sure, Clarabelle, a sweet little kitty like you would be allowed to walk around the apartment complex. Why, you wouldn't hurt a fly, yet alone a person. However, should you be restricted, you can always take a walk at a local park( there are many funny critters there, too!) Wish you well!

Oh, good idea! We didn't think of walking in the park. Mommy says she's going to try to get me used to a leash this winter while indoors, then once it gets warmer she'll take me outside.

I'm sure you'll get used to the leash and harness during those long winter months! smile
