Simpsons Movie CONTEST! WIN COOL STUFF!

Go see the Simpsons movie!

As most of you probably know, the Simpsons movie opens this Friday. Because we're all Simpsons fans, Bitey and I (the two Bitey Cats) would like to sponsor a contest for any cats lucky enough to sneak into the movie.

We're asking for movie reviews! You can enter the contest in one of two ways.

First, you can write a pure movie review - tell us about the plot (no spoilers please!) and your opinion of the movie.

Second, write a review focusing on your namesake. For example - Homer would write about how the human Homer does in the movie, what stupid things he does and why the movie couldn't have been made without him. If your character is not in the movie (like Bitey probably won't be) you could write about how the movie would have been better if your namesake had been in it.

All entries will be added to a Ziploc bag and two winners, one from each category, will be chosen at random. The regular review winner will receive the best toy ever - the Whirly-Bird Cat Toy (www.whirly-bird.com). The winner of the namesake category will win a Simpsons "Treehouse of Horror" Collection DVD (for the fur parents).

Here are the rules:

Entries should be submitted to the entire group through the Last Exit to Springfield group page.

All cats submitting entries must be members of our group, Last Exit to Springfield. If you know a Simpsons-named cat who would like to enter, they can ask for membership!

Entries will be accepted from Friday, July 27 through midnight EST on Monday, August 13.

Entries must be at least 150 words.

This is our contest and Bitey and I can change the rules anytime we want.
