It's something similar without the allergies. Dad never had cats or dogs in his life and though all animals were dirty and carried diseases. Mom on the other hand, LOVES animals and has had everything. We actually share our house with fish, a snake and a skink. So mom wanted a cat big time, she always had cats but dad resisted until he said, OK, but a hairless one cos he just doesn't like animal hair .No allergies or anything, he just doesn't like hair. Mom is more on the "save a cat don't buy one" side, but it was buying one or none, so they got me. No sphynx catteries in Mexico so had to get me from Las Vegas and Freya from Winder, GA. Mom and dad agree with Nofur, we're a pawsome breed. Mom just loves all cats, but us sphynxes are very special, we're EXTREMELY sociable and love being with hoomans all the time...
