	Ok, I gotta ask... Being that we're not a cool Sphynx cat (my entire family) may I ask why all the members' pawrents decided to go ala Sphynx and not Tabby, Tortie, etc? Would I look good shaved???

	Hi Boogers, My parents got a sphynx because my dad is allergic to dogs and regular cats (cats not so much as dogs) - they tried out sphyxes by visiting my breeder, and my dad did fine (that's the day he met me, too!) Now that my parents have a sphynx, they say they'll never get another kind of cat - it's the hairlessness - it's like having your own personal alien! Purrs, Nofuratu

	Great question Boogers, and fantastic answer Nofur... dad was in stitches with your "personal alien" answer It's something similar without the allergies. Dad never had cats or dogs in his life and though all animals were dirty and carried diseases. Mom on the other hand, LOVES animals and has had everything. We actually share our house with fish, a snake and a skink. So mom wanted a cat big time, she always had cats but dad resisted until he said, OK, but a hairless one cos he just doesn't like animal hair .No allergies or anything, he just doesn't like hair. Mom is more on the "save a cat don't buy one" side, but it was buying one or none, so they got me. No sphynx catteries in Mexico so had to get me from Las Vegas and Freya from Winder, GA. Mom and dad agree with Nofur, we're a pawsome breed. Mom just loves all cats, but us sphynxes are very special, we're EXTREMELY sociable and love being with hoomans all the time... ALL THE TIME!!!!

	How cool is it to say that you have alien-like friends, hehehehe Glad to hear you see familiar faces. I've only invited personal friends of ours (still need to invite lots of them) because we have really nice, good kitties as friends and we thought that if you don't know each other it's the best time to do so because you all rock!:

	Oh my mommie fell in love with me when she saw me at the Humane Society! She said, 'I want to see that naked cat!' I am so cute and loving she couldnt pass me up. But it was the feel of me that got her. Now she wants another for me to play with but she really wants another rescue cat. I still dont know how I ended up being a rescue cat but I am sure glad I went home with her! Fang
