Hey everyone, Chirpy just got home from his day trip to the vets. He is still a little disoriented but he is doing ok. I am keeping him locked in my office for the night away from the other 4 cats so he can fully recover. He was negative for feline aids/leukemia and ear mites. He does however have a bit of an ear infection so we have drops we have to put in his ears twice a day for 10 days.Right now he is frantically walking around my office probably trying to figure out what is going on.He did eat a little bit at the vets after his operation and kept it down so I will be putting down a little bit of food in a dish for him in here tonight. Who knows maybe smelling him through the door will also help Miracle with getting along with him a bit better. Well I need to go eat. I'll keep you all posted on how Chirpy is doing over the next few days.

Casey, the- Meezer Diva!

I'm a- Diva...that is- all.

Chirpy, it's so good to hear that you are back and doing well. When we came to pick up Donny and Marie (my siblings) from their "operation", Donny was eating at the vets too, already. So I think you'll be back to your old self in no time. smile

Yay!!cheer

Well my mom called the vet and double checked how often she is supposed to put the medicine in my ears. She thought the vet tech said twice a day but the bottle says once a day so she decided to play it safe and call first today. It is only once a day not twice. I'm so glad she called first. She would have put it in twice for nothing.....and could possibly have accidentally hurt my ears instead of making them better. She is waiting until night time to put it in since that's when it was done yesterday. She was very proud of me because I didn't fight her.
