Just checking in. I hope everyone is having a good summer and staying cool. My daddy brought home another cat for my mommy. He said something about an anniversary present but I don't know what an anniversary is. I like playing with my new brother though!

Hey, that must be Hopkins. What a cutie! It's great that you are getting along and playing together.
I have a little sister now and we aren't exactly getting along yet. I try my best to be civil but she keeps hissing at me, so last night I swatted her across the nose with my paw. She was bleeding a bit. This morning we were in the same room again briefly and came to within inches of each other without any hissing or fighting. Mom gave us both treats.
Other than that, my summer's going quite well. The weather has been nice and sunny and I still have my window that I look out of all to myself.
By the way, happy anniversary to your mommy and daddy! *smiles*

My summer was going well too. But my mommie has been making noise about cat rescues and maybe getting another kitty or an older cat.
I'm not so sure I like this kind of noise, I like things just as they are and having my Mommie all to my self. I need lots of love and attention.
