 | | | | Foxxy is very proud of her tail. She doesn't like us to touch it, and she won't let other dogs sit near it. At the dog park, she once got into a major fight, because a dachsund decided that her tail was worth chasing, and he caught it.
when she sleeps, she swishes her tail around so that it artistically displays in front of her, the tips of the fringe covering her dainty feet. if taggert disturbs the tail, she grumbles softly and rearranges it. If we disturb the tail, she moves to a different laying place.
she will also wrap it around her feet when she sits. it's never tucked unless she is upside down. It's not just a simple tail, any old dog can have a tail. No a dignified warrior Chihuahua must have a banner. this is her flag of pride and prowess, the symbol of her vast domain. As many royal dogs know, everything the light touches is her kingdom. that's the courtyard, the sidewalks, and of course everything out of the car window, and everything that crawls, runs, or flies is hers. that shadowy bit over there, that is the flat with the german shepherds in, and we don't go there.
does your LHC have such a banner? | | | | |
