	Friday 9-11-09 HONEY OF A HAMSTEAK Combine 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/2 c honey, 1/2 t dry mustard and 6 whole cloves. Bring to boil and boil 2 min. Lay 2 # hamsteak on rack in baking pan and bake 10 min @ 325. Lay on 2 slices of pineapple and 4 halved maraschino cherries. Glaze and bake 15 min, basting at least twice. Excellent with baked potatoes and green salad!

	Monday 9-14-09 CHICKEN AND CHIPS Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8oz sour cream, 2 T taco sauce and small can chopped green chilies. In ungreased low 2 Qt dish, layer 3 c chopped cooked chicken, the soup mix, 12 slices cheese and 4 c broken yellow corn tortilla chips. Bake 25-30 min @ 350 Serve with french green beans and tossed salad..
