We thought this would be fun. You think of a movie or tv show and name a quote from it and see if the other kitties can get the name of the movie or show!
I'll start with two -- an easy one and a not-so-easy one.
First quote --
"Leave the gun -- take the cannoli"

Another one --

"It is the black sail of Achilles"

Both are from movies. Can anycat guess which movies?

The second one is from The Godfather,
The first one is maybe from Troy? There's a another movie it could be but Meowmie can't think of it.

Mew will do one movie and one tv

First the movie.

" So, remember when you're feeling very small and insecure,
How amazingly unlikely is your birth!
And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space,
'Cause there's bugger-all down here on planet Earth."

Now the tv.

"I don't think so Tim"

Don't know, Miss Daisy's.
Okay, here's the movie quote, it's on Daddy's top 10 list of movies.
"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.
I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near Tonnhauser gate.
All those moments will be lost in time like tears in the rain.
Time to die."

Now for the tv quote.
"If I was to learn to read, how would I know that the feller who did the writin' was a writin' the writin' right in the first place? Don't ya see?"

Good luck Miss Daisy's.

Those were correct, Miss Daisy! Now, as to the other new clues, we are clue-LESS!shockshock Mommi fears she has started another game she is not good at.....big grinbig laugh
How about:
"Go ahead.Make my day"

We have to do the easy ones----but just wait, we will come up with some humdingers!

How about this one----from Shakespeare but taken from a movie:
"What a piece of work is a man. How noble in reason, how infinite in faculty; in form and movement, how like a god!"

Smartly,

Ok to answer all questions befur I give mew any hints to mine.

Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. - Blade Runner

If I was to learn to read, how would I know that the feller who did the writin' was a writin' the writin' right in the first place? Don't ya see - Gunsmoke

What a piece of work is a man. How noble in reason, how infinite in faculty; in form and movement, how like a god - From Hamlet, but the only place I know of it being used was in Star Trek Next Generation in the episode Hide and Q

Go ahead.Make my day - Sudden Impact

You were making out during 'Schindler's List - Seinfeld

Your're going to rub out the DOG - Seinfeld

I love the smell of napalm in the morning - Apocalypse Now

Now hints fur my quotes. The movie one comes from a Monty Python movie. But which one.
The tv quote comes from a tv show in which the main character has his own show.

Hmmm----I see that our new mission in life is to find a movie/tv quote that Daisey Mae cannot get. This will take some careful thought on our part......
