To put a photo in a forum post:

Get the direct link of the photo you chose.
Then go to this website: http://jonradchenko.com/dogster/forumImage.html

Paste the direct link in the box that has the word "Link" beside it.
Then click on "Create Forum Code". A code will appear in the box at the bottom.
