	I talked to Saxony's mom and this is what I found out, I do have her permission to post it to the group...The man moved out, the wife played nice until she found out he was cheating. Now there is a restraining order against him and he can't enter the property and can't have his daughter because he's living with the girlfriend. Now, the wife if fuming mad and is requiring a pysch evaluation. She said she'll testify if we can get a civil court to hear our case. She said she'll also have all the proof for me by then that he's unstable. So, basically I'm pretty sure she wants to nail him to the wall and they're prelim court hearing is this Thursday so I will just be waiting and getting all my ducks in a row until then. 	thanks Shadow for the update . justice for Saxony does any member of the group know how to make a petition that dogsters can sign to help out Saxony's family with the case ? mom is terrible at the computer & these types of things .... but we sure have signed alot of them..... she figured that much out

	I haven't actually made one but how hard can it be, right? Try The Petition Site, seems pretty user friendly. I might go there to create one for the poor animals in NC shelters. I spent the morning yesterday signing petitions against abuse, BSL and there were a couple county specific ones in NC against the chambers.

	That's a great idea, Eve. Mom's so not good at computers, that it almost seems easier for her to drive door to door across the country to have you all sign (don't worry Eve, she'd cover Canada too). Hopefully it won't have to come to that...signing online would be much easier. All kidding aside, I'm glad that this is moving forward and that it is sounding like there will be a solid case against him. That's the most I can say without saying some really bad words, and mom says I'm not supposed to swear.
