There are sixteen of us right now. Myself and my five newborns, my brother, and my mother and her eight two-month olds. It's really hectic--it's a decent-sized two bedroom house, and there are only two litter boxes, but my human mommy is very diligent in cleaning the busier of the two, two or three times a day, and the other as often as possible. She's also trying to find homes for the older eight kittens to relieve some stress on the entire household.
We shouldn't say this due to certain laws in our home state but there are 20 of us and 1 human...we live in nothing fancy and we share 6 litter boxes but we have our own food and water dishes and our meomy keeps us clean by cleaning our boxes 6+ times a day...even right after hers got operated on. There are 4 females left to be spayed and we have all been tested for and vaccinated against FeLV, tested for FIV and are up to date on all our shots...our meomy has a soft spot for ferals and sometimes end up with babies (which 13 of the 20 are...no that she has us all legal with clean bill of health most of us will be hopefully finding furrever homes soon so meomy can help other kitties
Ok here goes, there are 12 of us in a 1 bedroom apartment, we have a big screened in porch and a cat door so we can go in and out as we please. Simba shares the bedroom with Mom because he has a medical problem and she has to make sure he is using the litter box everyday and not eating our food cuz this would be bad for him. The rest of us have the kitchen, diningroom, living room, hallway, bathroom, and back porch for us to play in. There are 6 litter boxes, one for just Simba and 3 inside and two on the porch for us. Our house is vacuumed, dusted, mopped twice daily, our litter is scooped twice daily and completely replaced every 7 to 8 days. We have a big cat tree, and window seat plus bench and kitty beds and all of our toys. Everyone who comes to visit is amazed because they say that if it were not for the fact they saw a cat they would not even know there was one in the house let alone 12. We are very happy with our home and eachother. Mom says she is a bit amazed herself. MOL
Meow Bob! that's our meowmy too...she keeps us super clean cuz she says there's no reason for kitties to have smelly homes, that it takes just a little effort on the human's part...we have toys and all kinds of things to play in and on and scratchers...Dog is the only one that likes that spray bottle...mol...those of us with alot of furry bro's and sis's are really lucky to have the humans we have who are willing to take such good care of all of us...and still finds time to give us attention and lots of play time...Purrrrs to all you furrs!!!
I've answered this before but I'm answering again because it's changed
Our house is 2500 square feet but 1/2 of that is a semi-finished basement. We have 2 cats and 2 boxes. One of the boxes is upstairs and the other is in the basement.
Hi, I'm new to this group. I am the oldest of 3 cats in a large home. We have 3 litter boxes. My 2 other cat friends in the home are Cailou, the Siamese, and Hugs, the Chartreux cat. We also have another companion: a friendly dog who gets along well with all of us. My owner's daughter gave her a placque that says, "Cats are like potato chips... you can't have just one."
There are usually 9 to 10 of us, depending on which fosters meomy brings home. We have about 1200 sq ft and 4 litter boxes, but Orange has one just for him. They get cleaned out 2 to 3 times a day.
