Well it would seem Leonidas and his mentor are the greatest hunters so far....a big ole rabbit!

I have caught several field mice at my home (what stupid mice, coming into a house with 10 cats and a dog that thinks it is a cat) laugh out loud

What is the largest prey you have brought home???

I once brought home a 2 1/2 foot long green snake....my human sister started to scream for me to take it away....but meomwy said I was a brave kitty! (ok, so it isn't poisonous, but it was tough to get) MOL!

Well... I never brought home a bunny. But I was very experienced. Mama always cringed just a little when I was let out. She never knew if I would present her with a new tasty treat. Some of the things I brought home:

Multiple birds (guesstimate would be 5-10)
Multiple mice (see birds for amount)
Baby mole (Mama cried cry )

And when we still lived up in Connecticut, I formed my own gang with Zipper and cousin DC. One of us would be outside roaming our territory when we would see an evil beast. Usually either a possum, skunk or raccoon. The kitty would run to the window and meow really loud! Then the other two kitties would run to assist! Our gang would go after that evil monster until it left our territory! We protected our people very well. And we never even got sprayed by the skunks! MOL!

My sweet heart who crossed the bridge last year was called the great white huntress, we watched her catch a bird in flight one time. She was this bright white kitty on dark green grass just waiting and a bird flew down towards the birdbath .... next thing you know Lil'Bit had jumped about 3 feet up and caught it midair.....cooool.

Well I live indoors...so all I've ever managed to hunt down was a field mouse that was scurrying around in the house. I was quick with my attack and he didn't even see it comin!wink

since I am an indoor kitty, I have not been outside. If I could go outside, I am sure I would catch a bird for my mama. However, since that is not the case...

I am a FAMOUS indoor spider hunter...

All the spiders run from the sound of my name.... I rarely get bit and afterwards I act crazy like I just ate catnip or somefin...

I play with them first, then I bite them in two, and eat them up! YUMMY! (cept when they bite me)

Thanks Pooh Bear..My greatest catch was around a 5 lb. rabbit, my mentor Ulysses used to catch squirrels all the time! Ulysses biggest mistake was killing a baby raccoon because the Mother must of caught up with him and it took a $250.00 in visit to the Vet to patch him up!
