	mom's seen sooooo much naruto, she has full metal alchemist but has yet to see it (she's slow) and she's heard of DNAngel, but havent seen it. her favorite is ah! megamisama (ah! my goddess). trigun and cowboy bebop are cool too. there's sooo many anime's that its so hard to keep up. mom just doesnt try anymore.

	Mommy and Daddy are working their way through Naruto...they just got to the filler episodes (episode 136 onward) and CAN'T WAIT to get through them to start the newest season: Hurricane Chronicles (which is currently airing in Japan)! Naruto is a guilty pleasure...it's a "fighting anime" that has a TON of interesting characters with lots of backstory. Nothing too deep or thought-provoking, just fun. New episodes air on Cartoon Network Saturday nights. Mommy has heard of DNAngel but hasn't seen it.... And of course we've seen FMA...since I'm named after one of the characters!

	We are going to start watching Samurai Champloo today. Mommy just found out that we have the series on DVD! (We have hundreds of DVDs she doesn't know about - Daddy is a bit of a collector.)

	Samurai Champloo is pretty good. Mommy was disappointed with the ending, though. Boo. Right now we are watching (in addition to Naruto ) an anime called Saiyuki. It's okay....not great but not awful. It's essentially a "buddy series" about 4 travelers (a renegade monk, a half-demon, Goku the monkey "God" and a human-turned-demon). Some of the back stories are interesting, but that's about it.

	Oh, I just rememberd, DN Angel is a book series. It is pretty good, it is fantasy romance. I like it mostly for the humor. Again,Sorry that I forgot to mention the fact that its a book series.

	Oh, somebody wanted to know what Naruto is about. Well, it's about a ninja who wants to be Hokage, ( the highest ranking ninja and the name for the village leader). So the show is about his journey on making it to hokage.

	How exciting! Anime talk. We missed it because haven't been checking this group... our bad. Momma and daddy are big anime junkies... they like the fansub versions best so we usually wait until there are a bunch to download and then have anime-fests. We are currently watching Naruto (cyclone), Bleach, and Death Note regularly. Of those, Bleach is probably the most fun. Death Note is like watching a crazy chess match... in that it is very clever and you're just waiting to see who is going to make the right move to catch the other guy; no fighting or action just really tense in a battle of wills. I’m probably not describing it well but it’s good. What are everycat and dog watching now? V P.S. Love your anime names. Momma had a few picked out for me and then once we met... she said I was too much of a "Veruca" to not name me that. Though she usually calles me "Ururu" (short for VeRUca and from Bleach).
