Vishus Deer HEADS MIXED NEWS-
I am most happy to report to Lucky Boo and any other kitty in a similiar situation, that vishus deer HEADS can NOT DIRECTLY hurt us kitties. They are immobile and can not skewer us for later eat'ins. They do not have laser beam eyes anymore- they have been removed. Their clever brains have been replaced with air. It sounds pertty safe.
Now the bad...
Although the vishus deers laser beam eyes have been removed, SOME- not all, of the new "fake" eyes have been replaced with tiny little wireless cameras that are linked to the vishus deer heard HQs in the wild. If the heads are mounted in areas where vishus deer live, I WOULD assume you have cameras watching your every move and out there somewhere, a vishus deer is watching you on a monitor.
I would suggest to ANY kitty with a vishus deer head in their house, to climb up to the head- THIS PART is safe- and either scratch and gnaw the eyes to the point where *IF* there was a camera in it, they can't use it anymore, OR if the lack of time doesn't allow this more secure protection, hack a hairball over them obstructing the view.
While you are up there, give the head a swat too- it'll make you feel better about the whole thing to begin with.
