I have a petmate too! It has left me with MANY free hours since I don't have Sue yowling at the bathroom faucet anymore. Those things should be easier to clean, or maybe Sue's just especially messy. >^..^

My human got me a Drinkwell fountain as a "housewarming" present when she first adopted me. I love it, but I still beg to drink from the faucet, oh, six seven eight...times a day...

We have 3 drinking fountains MOL! Two petmates and one drinkwell. Everyone likes them (including our brother and sisters who do not drink from faucets). My brother TJ and I like them just fine, but nothing beats water from the faucet which is still our favorite (and we come running when one is turned on). Davy likes faucet water too, but is more laid back about it. Mommy tries to keep them all clean and scrubbed fairly often, though sometimes she gets lazy and they go an extra few days (which is why faucet water is so much better - ALWAYS clean for us). Mommy was also thinking of getting the pink drinkwell, but daddy says it wouldn't be manly for us boys. We don't care as long as water is involved - TJ and I are very water centric! Meows!

we have a fountain too. But I still prefer to drink from the faucet or from a glass. Mom changes the filter once a month too. But she has to also take it apart and clean my brothers long hair from the pump...smile He also dumps all his toys in there too

WE DO! We have a FreshFlow Fountain. The water flows down a ramp though. You have the cool one that comes out like a faucet. We don't have that one so I still prefer the bathroom sink. My brother Mike prefers the FreshFlow Fountain but he's been known to take a sip from the tap too.
