Help!! I need shelter or a cattery to house my cats.

I was injured in 03 and out fo work for 7 months, I am self emoloyed. it's a long story but to shorten it the end result is I have lost my home to forclosure. I have rescued cats for 23 years. I have 18 cats I want to keep with me. The other 7 have to go to homes. The Farel cats are shayed and nutered, as are all my cats, and gone to Pala to an open farel community. I need help as I have a very short week to find a cattery or cat sanctuary that can house my 18 cats. I want them back when I am settled. Does anyone have any ideas here? Please, Help, Christine

They may be able to get you in contact with someone in your area that cares for feral colonies.

talk to your local no kill shelter and let them know grants are available through the HSUS to support victims of forclosure.

Like Boxie already told all shelters in all states are seeing an increase in foreclosed on pets, and yes HSUS set up the special fund to help shelters who take in these pets.
