Welcome! I was rescued, too!

I was with a rescue group, but then, Mommy and daddy took me home to live with Zoe. I love my new home - you should have seen me exploring on the first day!

What wonderful news! I'm a rescue girl, too! My mommy and daddy told me that they were so glad I knew just the tricks to get them to come over to my cage at the shelter. For those of you who don't know the tricks try the following: bat at 'em with a paw, mew (try not to meow...mewing has a better effect), purr really loudly, and then there's the ever popular turn-over-and-show-your-belly-and-stretch. I think that's the move that finally got 'em!

Ooo...I was rescued too! First, I was rescued by the Humane Society. Then, they took me to the vet because I was sick and the vet took care of me...and...made it so I can't have babies. And then the day after the surgery, my mommy came and she saw me in the vet's cage and the doctors told her that I wouldn't be adoptable until ten days later, but because Mommy loved me so much and because the vet knew she loved me so much, they let her take me home the next day! big grin

And my life now? Wow...it's so great! Much better than living on the streets. I won't ever tell Mommy how bad my life was before she came along (because I don't want her to be sad), but she did notice that I was very skinny for a five-month-old and that I had extra scars and puncture wounds on my tummy than are normal after surgery. There were also some wounds on my neck. I'll never tell Mommy whether or not a doggy got me, but she's pretty smart, so I'm sure she'll catch on. wink

I was rescued along with every pet my mom has owned.

My story is on my page but I was at a shelter in Seattle with an "unadoptable" sign on my cage.
Proved them wrong.

I was rescued too! Some mean people dumped me behind the store where my mommy works. Mommy found me and brought me home to live with her, daddy, and my big sister Sassy.

(Sassy was adopted from the animal shelter 3 years ago)

I love my family SOOOOOOO much, and mommy said I must have had a BAD life before she found me, because I am SO grateful for EVERYTHING she does for me.

Purrrrrrrrrrrs & Kitty Kisses for all the rescued Catster Kitties!!!
