Dear Catsters,

Have any of you bought raw food from local vendors/small businesses that deliver raw food every week to owners?

There's this new company called www.feedthis.com, and they pre-package raw foods for daily consumption, and deliver on a weekly basis.

Are companies like this any good?

Also, how young can a kitten start on raw?

Thanks in advance,

There is a small pet food company in our area that makes raw and cooked food, as well as supplies to make your own food. They used to deliver but I don't think they do anymore. They have a retail store and also sell their items in some of the local pet supply stores. Their items are an excellent quality.

We eat homemade raw food made from some of the supplies offered at this local store. Good stuff.

As to whether or not you should go with your local vendor, it depends on the quality of their ingredients and whether the foods match your needs. Evaluate their food as you would any others.
